Honoring your loss and rediscovering a path forward in a compassionate, professional space.
"Grief Is Love With Nowhere To Go"
This profound truth is at the heart of our work. We help you transform that boundless love into a legacy of meaning and a source of strength for your life ahead.
Grief does not follow a linear timeline; it comes in waves. Our philosophy is built on the belief that for healing to begin, your grief needs to be:
Your story is heard without judgment, creating a foundation of trust and safety.
The depth of your pain and the significance of your loss are fully recognized.
Your feelings, no matter how complex, are affirmed as normal and necessary.
We gently explore the landscape of your grief to find tools for resilience.
You are actively supported in developing strategies to move toward a meaningful future.

Welcome. I'm glad you are considering supporting yourself through grief coaching. Grief is a universal human experience; we will all experience it. Where there is love and loss, there is grief. Grief is about painful loss, not only death. We grieve breakups, divorce, a diagnosis for a loved one or ourselves, layoffs, pet loss, moving and more. My grief coaching is informed by the following credentials: Masters degree in Psychology from Boston University, Certification as a Grief Educator by David Kessler, Certificate in Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, training in Jon Kabat-Zinn's Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy training from the Beck Institute.
I am passionate about helping people navigate their emotions and challenges in life using evidence-based tools.
While both are valuable forms of support, they serve distinct purposes. Grief coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented, helping you build resilience and find new meaning.

You do not have to navigate this path alone. Reach out to schedule a compassionate conversation about how we can support you.
